Delivery & Returns

UK Deliveries:

UK Mainland standard deliveries are sent by Royal Mail either 1st Recorded or Special Delivery. 1st Recorded is a 24 hour service but not guaranteed,  Special Delivery will arrive the next day before 1PM, these can both be tracked online.

UK Mainland Saturday delivery I still use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is before 1pm. However, a Saturday delivery incurs a charge of £25. There is no delivery on bank and public holidays.

If Royal Mail finds no one available to sign for the delivery on their first attempt, they will either leave a card notifying you of this with instructions on how to proceed or attempt a second delivery on the next business day. If you have elected to have your order delivered to a business premises, Royal Mail will usually leave the package or calling card with reception.

I will inform you as to the expected dispatch and delivery date when I process your order, and once the parcel is sent out for delivery I will send you your tracking number. If you live in a remote or difficult to access area, please inform me at the time of purchase, this may make your delivery time longer.

International Deliveries:

International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. If the courier finds no one available to sign for the delivery on their first attempt, they will either leave a card notifying you of this with instructions on how to proceed or attempt a second delivery on the next business day. If you have elected to have your order delivered to a business premises, the courier will usually leave the package or calling card with reception. Time scales for delivery outside the UK vary from country to country. I will inform you of the dispatch date when I have processed your order, and when ready to dispatch I will send you your tracking number. If you need your order quickly on a specific day, please contact me for for the Courier Service.

For orders outside the European Union

Delays may be incurred as items go through your country's Customs and Excise and you will be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. This is completely out of my control.

For USA customers, if you do get charged please follow the instructions on the card you receive with delivery.

International Express Deliveries

For International Express Deliveries, I will use a Courier Service who will deliver on local business days, excluding bank & public holidays. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If the courier finds no one available to sign for the delivery on their first attempt, they will either leave a card notifying you of this with instructions on how to proceed or attempt a second delivery on the next business day. If you have elected to have your order delivered to a business premises, the courier will usually leave the package or calling card with reception. I will need to provide the courier service with your contact telephone number.

Delivery to the USA, Canada and most of Europe is within 1+ day and the rest of the world should be delivered within 2+ working days. Once the parcel is sent I will email you with your tracking number.

How much will delivery cost? Free International delivery on most orders

My Delivery charges are calculated by weight / dimension in relation to where you live in the world  and if there is any changes to pay, I will contact you prior to accepting the order  

I live outside of the European Union, how will this affect my delivery?

For any orders that are delivered outside the European Union, delays may be incurred as items go through your country's Customs & Excise and you will be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside of my control.

If you are charged any local duties or taxes, your country's Customs should try to contact you by phone (and on some occasions email) to advise you of the charges prior to delivery. Due to the volume of imports they will usually only make one attempt to contact you. If they cannot get in contact with you, the goods may be released from customs on the condition that the duties or taxes are paid on delivery. In this instance, the courier will present you with an invoice outlining the customs charges on the first delivery attempt. If the charges cannot be paid on the first delivery attempt, the courier should leave the invoice with you and a second delivery attempt should be made on the next working day when you will again be required to pay the charges. Import charges can usually be paid by cash, cheque or credit card but this varies from country to country.

Can I have my order delivered to an address that is different to my card's billing address?
No, unfortunately I am not allowed to send goods that have been purchased online or over the phone to any other address other than the purchasing card address.

RETURNS

I take the grate care in ensuring that you have the correct size of ring. Please take the advice and request the ring sizing kit.

A majority of rings on this website are MADE TO ORDER, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns.

If, for some reason you feel the ring does not fit properly, please contact me to see what can be done. I will always do my best. Materials like Tantalum can be sized. Some of the Carbon Fibre and Titanium rings can go up in size.

If you have not had the ring engraved, in some circumstances, I may be able to exchange or remake the ring but please understand I'm not always able to do this. It takes a long time and care to make each ring.

If you would like to see a ring before it is made, generally I keep a sample of each ring. Order the ring and size and in the notes to seller at checkout, request a sample along with sizing kit be sent.

Should you not like the ring (I've not refunded any yet :-)  )I will give a refund minus my postage costs. (you will also be responsible for returning the sample and kit at you own cost).

I hope you can understand why it is not possible to just refund on perfectly fine rings that have taken a long time to craft. As always if you have any questions or worries before ordering, please message me.
